Amy Jo Reeves Hoskins, resident of the Collierville Community with family members in Fayette County and wife of Darrell Glen Hoskins departed this life Thursday morning, September 8, 2011 at her residence. She was 31 years of age and died unexpectedly.
A native of Pacucah, KY, Mrs. Hoskins was born November 15, 1979, the daughter of Robert Earl Reeves and Debbie Driscoll. She received her education in the Kentucky Public School System and was a graduate of the Graves County High School in Mayfield, KY. Mrs. Hoskins was a former resident of West Kentucky and had been a resident of West Tennessee for the past 8 years. A Christian, she was married August 6, 2005 to Darrell Glen Hoskins of Fayette County, who survives.
Mrs. Hoskins served as a private duty nurse in earlier years and in recent years, had served as office manager and partner in the operation of the family business, Super Clean Memphis, an air conditioning and duct cleaning service located in Shelby County. She enjoyed special times with her family and her interests included sports, camping, fishing and dirt bike racing derbies.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by four daughters, Britany Hopwood of Symsonia, KY, Abby Hopwood of Symsonia, KY, Hailey Hoskins of Collierville and Makenzie Hoskins of Southaven, MS, her son, Austin Hopwood of Symsonia, KY, her parents, Debbie Reeves of Mayfield, KY and Robert E. Reeves of Mayfield, KY, two sisters, Dawn Tindal of Fancy Farm, KY and Henrietta Reeves of Mayfield, KY, one brother, Jeremiah Stinson of Clinton, KY, her maternal grandmother, Marilyn Hughes of Fancy Farm, KY and her mother-in-law, Glenda Steward of Somerville.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Scholarship Fund for the children of Amy Hoskins, care of Jack Dawson, Bank of Fayette County, 15995 Highway 64, Somerville, TN 38068.
