Amy Lee Nunnally

Amy Lee Nunnally, age 90, resident of Pleasant View, TN, former resident of the Somerville Community and retired Nurse's Aid for the Baptist Memorial Health Care Systems in Memphis died at her daughter's residence in Pleasant View, Tennessee.

Services for Ms. Nunnally were conducted at 1 Wednesday afternoon at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville. Interment followed in the Perry Cemetery near Laconia.

Ms. Nunnally was born February 24, 1922 in Somerville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie E. Lee and Minnie Crafton Lee. She received her education in the Rehobeth Public School System and moved to the Pleasant View area 15 years ago to be near her family.

Ms. Nunnally was a Methodist who enjoyed vegetable gardening and was a family-oriented person. She was a Nurse's Aid for the Baptist Memorial Health Care System for 20 years prior to her retirement in 1984.

Ms. Nunnally is survived by her daughter, Barbara Nunnally of Pleasant View; her son, Larry Nunnally of Pleasant View; her brother, Clyde Lee of Somerville; two grandchildren, Larry Nunnally, Jr. and Amy Michelle Nunnally Delplane, both of Pleasant View; and two great grandchildren, Dylan Atkins and Katie Atkins, both of Pleasant View.

Those honored to serve as casketbearers were Hayne Ozier, Gary Parrish, Dave Atkins, Steve Lee, Ricky Taylor and Donnie Parks.
