Leahnora Ann Craft Roberts-Scarborough, age 89, resident of Oakland, Tennessee and wife of the late James Moore Scarborough, departed this life Sunday evening, October 13, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Ann was born September 3, 1935 in Rives, Tennessee, the daughter of the late George Tyler Craft and Lillian Beatrice Miller Craft. She worked hard her entire life and retired from UT Medical Center, Stuarts and Kroger in Oakland. Ann was a member of Hickory Withe Baptist Church and loved gardening and watching hummingbirds.
Mrs. Scarborough is survived by her son, Donald Kenneth Roberts, Jr. of Clearfield, UT; two daughters, Sherrye A. Roberts Britt (David) of Eads, TN and Shiela R. Roberts Bowers of Oakland, TN; her sister, Bea Harville of Somerville, TN; her brother, Tommy Craft (Betty) of Rives, TN; ten grandchildren, Misty Franklin, DK Roberts, Daniel Roberts, Jennifer Ballard, Danny Mulligan, Allen Bowers, Jr., Dru Roberts, David Roberts, Laurie Bruce and Nicole Britt; fourteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Scarborough were held at 12 noon Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64 with Bro. Dave Biter officiating.
