Annie Irene (Shelton) Moore

Annie Irene Shelton Moore, age 88, resident of the Eads Community and wife of the late Lucian Moore, Jr., departed this life Friday morning, January 2, 2015 at the Foxbridge Assisted Living Community in Memphis.
Memorial Services for Mrs. Moore were conducted at 1 P.M. Saturday, May 16th at the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Nashville. Interment was private. Local arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mrs. Moore was born May 25, 1926 in Pulaski, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Ira Shelton and Annie Curtis Shelton. She received her education in the Giles County Public School System and was married November 15, 1947 to Lucian Moore, Jr., who preceded her in death on April 8, 1999. Mrs. Moore was a resident of the Eads Community and was employed as a quality control inspector for Alladin Industries before her retirement. She enjoyed animals, especially dogs.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughter, Sharon Moore Visconti (Joseph) of Eads and her brother, Kenneth Moore of Pulaski, TN.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin Elizabeth Moore.
