Beverly Frances Wilson Norville, Bartlett resident with extended family members in Fayette County and wife of the late Bobby Neal Norville died Friday evening, November 2, 2012 at the Methodist Hospice Residence in Memphis where she had been a patient for 10 days. She was 86 years of age and died following an extended illness.
Services of Remembrance for Mrs. Norville were conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, November 6th at the Faith Baptist Church in Memphis with Dr. Danny Sinquefield of the church officiating. A Private Interment will be in the Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery on Raleigh-La Grange Road. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes and Cremation Center — Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mrs. Norville was born December 6, 1925 in Memphis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bev Earl Wilson and Gladys Mae Coward Wilson. She received her education in the Shelby County Public School System and completed her education at the Miller Hawkins Business School in Memphis.
Mrs. Norville was a former civil service employee in Memphis and was married for 63 years to Bobby Neal Norville, employee of the human resources department of the Memphis Light Gas & Water Department before his retirement. Mr. Norville died on October 5th of this year, 28 days before the death of his beloved wife.
Mrs. Norville is survived by two daughters, Kerry Croom of Bartlett, Suzanne Human of Marion, AR; three sons, Steve Norville of Brandon, MS, Cliff Norville of Bartlett, Tim Norville of Bartlett; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Faith Baptist Church “Faith on Missions”, 3755 N. Germantown Road, Bartlett, TN 38133.
