Mrs. Billie Burke Owen Chambers, age 83, longtime resident of the Moscow Community, retired merchant and wife of the late Chester Chambers died March 14, 2011. Services for Mrs. Chambers will be at 3 PM Wednesday at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with interment in the Friendship Cemetery at Moscow. Visitation for Mrs. Chambers will be from 2 to 3 PM Wednesday at the Peebles Main Chapel at Somerville.
