BOB LEE JONES

ROBERT LEE "BOB" JONES, 69, resident of the Oakland Community, retired Telephone Installer and husband of Louise Jamerson Jones died April 10, 2010. Services: 11 AM Tuesday at Somerville Church of Christ, where he was a member, with interment in Mars Hill Cemetery in the Leapwood Community of McNairy County. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Monday at Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. A native of Memphis, Mr. Jones enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and was actively involved in the Church Prison Ministry. He also leaves his children, Sandra Halloran of Somerville, Ted Jones of Shirley, AR, his mother, Martha Tisdale Jones and  his sister Virginia Piercey, both of Memphis and two granddaughters.
