Bob Shea

Robert Lynn "Bob" Shea, age 65, resident of the Hickory Withe Community and husband of Diane Shea, departed this life Friday morning, July 25, 2014 at his residence.
Memorial Services for Mr. Shea were conducted at 2 P.M. Monday, July 28th at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mr. Shea was born January 14, 1949 in Warren, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adelbert Shea and Nora Kilbourn Shea. He received his education in the Port Huron, Michigan Public School System and was married November 30, 1968 to the former Diane McGregor, who survives.
Mr. and Mrs. Shea served as carpenters for much of their lives before their retirement. Mr. Shea was a Christian in faith and resided in the Hickory Withe Community since 1985. He had a passion for Harley-Davison motorcycles.
In addition to his wife of 45 years, Mr. Shea is survived by his daughter, Nora Lynn Moreland (Michael) of Alcorn County, Mississippi; seven sisters, four brothers and two grandchildren, M. Joseph Moreland (Paige) and Cheyenne Moreland.
