Carol Elaine Lee McClure

Carol Elaine Lee McClure, age 57, resident of Moscow, Tennessee and wife of Floyd McClure, departed this life Friday morning, May 3, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville, Tennessee.

Carol was born October 10, 1966 in Knoxville, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Newell B. Lee and Gloria Jean Austin Lee. She was a homemaker throughout her life and loved tending to her grandbabies. Carol enjoyed cooking and hummingbirds.

Mrs. McClure is survived by her husband, Floyd McClure of Moscow, TN; two daughters, April Smith (Randy) of Somerville, TN and Kimberly Leach of Lamar, MS; her son, Kevin Davis (Britney) of Somerville, TN; her adopted mother, Shirley Stevens of Williston, TN; two sisters, Terry Lee of Rossville, TN and Donna Rogers of Knoxville, TN; two brothers, Jimmy Robbins of Oklahoma and Andrew Wayman of Knoxville, TN; and thirteen grandchildren, Andrew Voyles, Ethan Williams, Chloe Leach, Alaina Leach, Hayden Holter, Skylar Smith, Riley Cedell, Randy Smith III, Julius Smith, Elizabeth Pepper, Bailey Pepper, Carson Davis and Levi Davis.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her adopted father, Lawrence Stevens; her sister, Sylvia Lee Powers; and two brothers, Norman "Porky" Lee and Neal Lee.

Memorial Services for Mrs. McClure were held at 12 noon Friday, May 10, 2024 at Old Forty-Five Baptist Church with Brother Wayne Hodge officiating.

Honorary pallbearers were Andrew Voyles, Hayden Holter, Kevin Davis, Randy Smith and Bobby Eddington.
