Charles Edwin Doyle (Chuck) passed away on September 19, 2016. He was born on September 4, 1989 in Memphis, Tennessee but was raised in the Atoka, Munford area of Tipton County. He attended Drummonds Elementary and graduated from Munford High School in 2007, where he played football. He joined the Navy in 2008 and was stationed in San Diego aboard the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan aircraft carrier where he saw the world from the great ships flight deck. He made many lasting friends while in the Navy.
When he got out of the Navy, he enrolled in WYO-Tech in Daytona, Florida, improving his skills doing what he loved best, which was working on motorcycles. He graduated from there in 2014 with a business degree. After graduation, he returned to live in Southaven, Mississippi and was employed by Patterson Warehouse remaining there till the time of his death. He enjoyed music of all types. He loved playing his guitars and writing music. From an early age, he was fascinated with taking things apart and putting them back together, especially motorcycles. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved standing around a bonfire with his family and friends. He will be missed by many members of his family and friends from every part of his life.
He leaves behind his wife, Savannah Shelton Doyle. He is also survived by his mother and father, Suzie and Charles Doyle, three sisters, Michelle (Jerry) Shelton, Heather (Cody) Smith and Monica (Greg) Byrd. He will also be missed greatly by his nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Services were held Sunday, September 25, 2016 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Interment with Military Honors followed in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Zach Adkins, Greg Byrd, Jessie Bailey, Nate Hammett, Josh Brown, Justin Powers, Conner Shelton and Steve Kozbiel.
