Craig Lee Hagen

Craig Lee Hagen, age 38, resident of Somerville, Tennessee and husband of Bonnie “Lizzy” Hagen, departed this life Friday evening, October 27, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville, Tennessee.

Craig was born August 5, 1985 in Winter Park, Florida, the son of Steve and Janet Hagen. He attended Gateway School and graduated from Kirby Woods Baptist School. He attended the University of Memphis and Southwest Tennessee Community College. Craig was employed as a healthcare provider for people with special needs.

Mr. Hagen was married April 28, 2018 to Bonnie “Lizzy” Topp Hagen and was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and target shooting and was an avid fan of University of Memphis football and Tennessee Titans football.

Mr. Hagen is survived by his wife, Bonnie “Lizzy” Hagen of Somerville, TN; his parents, Steve and Janet Hagen of Somerville, TN; his paternal grandmother, Alice Joy Hagen of Albany, GA; his brother-in-law, Jack Branson of Collierville, TN; his uncle and aunt, Dr. Michael Aquadro and Nancy Aquadro; his aunt, Linda McCarter of Santa Rosa, FL; and several cousins. He also leaves his fur babies, Cotton, Pouncer, Bailey and Gracie.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kirk Hagen who died January 25, 2022; his grandparents, Paul and Wilma Patey, Dennis Hagen and Virginia Topp; and his uncle, Butch McCarter.

Funeral Services for Mr. Hagen were held at 2 P.M. Sunday, November 5, 2023 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Rev. Bill Hendry officiating. Interment followed in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64.
