Crystal Ann Elrod, age 39, resident of Ripley, Tennessee, departed this life Sunday morning, October 9, 2016 .
Services of Remembrance for Ms. Elrod were conducted at 1 P.M. Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. John Ed Watkins, pastor of the Mercy Bridge Church in Somerville, officiating. Interment followed in the Somerville City Cemetery. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - Main Chapel of Somerville.
Ms. Elrod was born March 8, 1977 in Somerville. She received her education in the Fayette County School System and was a lifelong resident of the West Tennessee area. She was employed as a service station attendant at the Exxon gas station in Somerville and enjoyed preparing food, riding four-wheelers, fishing, being outdoors and special times with her family and friends.
Ms. Elrod is survived by her daughter, Taylor Cheyanne Elrod of Whiteville, TN; two sons, Landan Kobe Elrod of Whiteville, TN, Chase Martin Elrod of Whiteville, TN; her brother, Kenneth Richard Benson (Cassandra Hannah) of Ripley, TN; her aunt, Denise Stiles; and her nephew, Draven Scott Hannah.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Jacobs and grandmother, Peggy Maier.
Pallbearers were family members and friends.
