Crystal Gail Johnson

Crystal Gail Johnson, age 37, former resident of Fayette County, departed this life March 14, 2017 in Memphis.

Services of Remembrance for Crystal were conducted at 1 P.M. Monday, March 20, 2017 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Terry Hilliard, pastor of the Agape Outreach Ministries in Mason, Tennessee, officiating. Interment followed in the Hood Cemetery in the Warren Community. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.

Ms. Johnson was born September 23, 1979 in Memphis, Tennessee, the daughter of Bobby Ray Johnson and the late Loretta Sue Liscome Johnson. She was a graduate of Fayette Ware High School Class of 1997 and was employed at Prairie Life Fitness and most recently as a cashier at Dollar General Store in Oakland, Tennessee. Ms. Johnson attended Agape Outreach Ministries in Mason, Tennessee and she enjoyed being a mother to her children, listening to music, dancing, going to concerts and special times with her family members and friends.

Ms. Johnson is survived by two daughters, Hayley Rochelle Felice of Millington, TN, Layla Nicole Felice of Millington, TN; two sons, Robert Wayne Felice of Millington, TN and stationed at Paris Island, NC with the Marine Corps, Brandon James Johnson of Millington, TN; her father, Bobby Ray Johnson of Hayti, MO; her sister, Kimberly Lynn Miller of Memphis, TN; and her brother, Thomas Johnson (Amanda) of Millington, TN.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Loretta Sue “Susie” Liscome Johnson and her sister, Mary Sue Johnson Wright.
