Cynthia Ann (Barton) Heilman

Cynthia Ann Barton Heilman, age 57, resident of Somerville and wife of Dale Heilman, departed this life Tuesday morning, August 16, 2016 at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services of Remembrance for Mrs. Heilman were conducted at 11 A.M. Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Jeremy Arnold of Henderson, Tennessee, officiating. Interment followed in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mrs. Heilman was born November 19, 1958 in Pensacola, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Doft Barton and Minnie Louise Barton. She graduated from the Pontotoc, Mississippi School System and was married to Dale Heilman. Mrs. Heilman was a longtime resident of the North Mississippi and West Tennessee areas and she enjoyed working in her flower bed, fishing, playing with her dogs, cats and goats, listening to country music and was known for her “meat and potatoes” that she prepared.
Mrs. Heilman is survived by her husband, Dale Heilman of Somerville; her daughter, Patty Wade (Trimigan) of Southaven, MS; three sons, Jimmy Heilman (Deanna) of Southaven, MS, Brian White of Memphis, Dusty White of Memphis; her sister, Betty Barton of Philadelphia, MS; her brother, Bill Barton of Philadelphia, MS; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Jimmy Heilman, Brian White, Dusty White and Trimigan Wade.
