Donna Marie (Johnson) Thomas

Donna Marie Johnson Thomas, age 64, resident of Memphis and wife of the late Lonnie Lee Thomas, departed this life Friday afternoon, May 4, 2018 at her residence.

Services of Remembrance for Mrs. Thomas were conducted at 3 P.M. Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Mike Hollaway of Oakland officiating. Interment followed in the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – West Chapel at Oakland.

Mrs. Thomas was born September 6, 1953 in Somerville, Tennessee. She received her education in the Shelby County Public School System and was of the Baptist faith. She was married March 18, 1981 to Lonnie Lee Thomas and was a homemaker throughout her life. Mrs. Thomas enjoyed cooking and special times with her family.

Mrs. Thomas is survived by two daughters, Angela Gail Trotter of Millington, TN, Crystal Renee Frazier of Memphis, TN; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John Allen Johnson and Otellion Johnson and her brother, Harold Johnson.
