On December 6, 2023, our precious Hayley Hall took her first steps into Heaven. While our hearts are broken, we take solace in the fact that she has been made whole and complete in Jesus. How can we not celebrate that? Knowing that she is in no pain and is free from illness is such a comfort to all her family. Hayley spent her last hours on earth with her parents and her siblings and knew that she was loved beyond measure. She is now in Heaven running, dancing and doing all the things her earthly body never afforded her.
Even though Hayley never spoke a word on earth, she touched so many lives. Over the years, we have heard story after story confirming that. Her speech was through her eyes and her mannerisms. Her family understood her loud and clear. She vocalized some, often when everything around her was quiet, so everyone knew she was in the room.
Hayley, aged 28, of Williston, Tennessee, is survived by her parents, Sonya and Cory Wheat of Williston, TN, James and Trish Hall of Southaven, MS, her siblings, Alex Hall (Rae) of Eads, TN, Jaime Reilly (Sean) of Cordova, TN, Justin Wheat of Williston, TN and Dani Hall of Southaven, MS, grandparents, Maggie Williams of Olive Branch, MS, Gary and Janet Hall of Memphis, TN, Cathy Wright of Quinton, OK, David and Patty Wheat of Memphis, TN and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald Wright and Gordon Williams.
Funeral Services for Hayley were held at 2 P.M. Monday, December 11, 2023 at Grace Valley Church with Andy Savage, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment followed in Magnolia Cemetery at Collierville.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Cory Wheat, James Hall, Alex Hall, Justin Wheat, Sean Reilly and Dwight Huddleston.
