Henry Franklin Rapp

Henry Franklin Rapp, age 45, resident of Brighton and husband of Dana James Rapp, departed this life Thursday afternoon, May 17, 2017 at the Methodist North Hospital in Memphis.

Services of Remembrance for Mr. Rapp were conducted at 3 P.M. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Bro. Jerry Montgomery officiating. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mr. Rapp was born April 22, 1972 in Memphis. He received his education in the Memphis City School System and was married August 16, 1997 to the former Dana James. He was of the Baptist faith and was employed as a plumber for many years. Mr. Rapp enjoyed fishing, hunting, hosting cookouts and bonfires and watching and tending to his fish aquarium. He will be remembered for making people laugh and the special times he had with his family and friends.

Mr. Rapp is survived by wife of almost 20 years, Dana James Rapp of Brighton, TN; his daughter, Danielle Rapp of Brighton, TN; three sons, Charles Nicholas Scott Rapp of Cordova, TN, Dakota Shane Rapp of Brighton, TN, Dalton Wayne Rapp of Brighton, TN; his father, James Rapp, Sr. of Frayser, TN; his brother, James Rapp, Jr. (Janice Joy Rapp) of Pocahontas, TN; and his grandchild, Rowen Koda Rapp.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena Sue Hopper Rapp.
