Herman "Red" Spicer

Herman “Red” Spicer, age 72, resident of the Moscow Community and retired Sheetrock Contractor died at his residence. Services for Mr. Spicer will be at 2 pm Wednesday at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with interment in the Mt. Olive Cemetery in District 15. A visitation for Mr. Spicer will be from 6 PM to 8 PM Tuesday at the Peebles Main Chapel in Somerville.
