Huge Coleman Crowley

October 28, 1953 — December 3, 2010

Hugh Coleman Crowley, resident of the Medon Community in Hardeman County and United States Veteran died Friday morning, December 3, 2010 at his residence. He was 57 years of age and died following an extended illness.
At the request of Mr. Crowley, Funeral Services and Interment will be for family members only. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes—Main Chapel of Somerville.
A native of Jackson, Tennessee, Mr. Crowley was born on October 28, 1953. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Crowley and the former Hazel Hannah. He was educated in the Middleton and Bolivar Public School System and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Mr. Crowley was a member of the Hebron Baptist Church and was a lifelong resident of West Tennessee. He was a master woodcraftsman and enjoyed making furniture as long as health permitted. Mr. Crowley was an automobile mechanic in earlier years and a member of the Hickory Valley Community before moving to the Medon area. He enjoyed fishing and special times with his family
Survivors of Mr. Crowley include his son, Willie Milton Crowley of Middleton, Tennessee, his sisters, Geraldine Nuckolls of Toone, TN, Stella Pierce of Toone, TN, Mary Nell Walker of Erin, TN and his brother, Bobby Crowley of Middleton, TN. In addition to his parents, Mr. Crowley was preceded in death by his brother, Willie Franklin Crowley.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the church, charity or organization of the donor’s choice.
