James Duane Davis

James Duane Davis, age 62, resident of Bartlett and husband of the late Sherrie Davis, departed this life Sunday morning, March 27, 2016 at the St. Francis Hospital in Bartlett.
Services and Interment for Mr. Davis were private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mr. Davis was born August 16, 1953 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carroll Davis and Joyce Lockwood Davis. He received his education in the Minneapolis School System and was married to Sherrie Davis, who preceded him in death. He enjoyed special times with his family and cars.
Mr. Davis is survived by seven sisters, Patricia Adele Hathaway of Memphis, Cherry Darlene Bednar of Blaine, Minnesota, Janice Denise Rodriguez (Jose) of West Palm Beach, Florida, Barbara Susan Partridge of Wellington, Florida, Priscilla Ann Buzzell (Carroll) of Oakland, Marcia Diane Brace (Pete) of Danbury, Wisconsin, Jeanie Lane Ardeto of Encino, California; and his brother, Richard Charles Davis of West Palm Beach, Florida.
