Jase Thomas Frazier, infant son of Jeffrey Douglas Frazier and Ariel Zahina Frazier, departed this life Friday afternoon, July 17, 2015 at the Baptist Women’s Hospital in Memphis.
Services of Remembrance for Jase were conducted at 10 A.M. Tuesday, July 21st at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. John Marr officiating. Interment followed in the Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – West Chapel at Oakland.
Jase is survived by his parents, Ariel and Jeff Frazier of Somerville; two sisters, Sarah Yarbro, Zoey Frazier; his brother, Micah Frazier; his maternal grandparents, Dennis and Amanda Zahina of Somerville; paternal grandparents, Barry Frazier of Somerville, Sandra Yarbro (Charles) of Mason; his maternal great grandparents, Dianne and Jimmie German of Somerville, Thomas and Cherry Smith of Somerville; his paternal great grandfather, Joe Cecil of Southaven, MS; his maternal great great grandmother, Evelyn German McClanahan of Somerville; his aunt, Rebekah Robison (Bryan) of Somerville; and his uncle of Adam Yarbro (Kelly) of Mason.
Jase was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother, Connie “Maw” Baugh.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the church, charity or organization of the donor’s choice.
