Jason Daniel Teague

Jason Daniel Teague, age 44, resident of Rossville, Tennessee and husband of Candance Denee’ Teague, departed this life Wednesday afternoon, October 20, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital – DeSoto in Southaven, Mississippi.

Jason was born March 23, 1977 in Caldwell, Idaho, the son of Linda Sue Eaton Teague and the late Bobby Joe Teague. He moved at an early age to Tennessee with his family and graduated from Fayette Academy in Somerville. He was a longtime resident of the Rossville area and was employed as a diesel mechanic for Penske Truck Leasing. Jason was married November 26, 2005 to the former Candance Denee’ Breeden and was of the Baptist faith. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved making jokes and spending time with his boys.

Jason is survived by his wife, Candance Denee’ Teague of Rossville, TN; three sons, Nathan Daniel Teague of Rossville, TN, Brody Lynn Teague of Rossville, TN and Hunter Paul Pendergrass of Rossville, TN; his mother, Linda Sue Teague of Rossville, TN; his father-in-law, Harold D. Stone; two brothers, Cody Teague (Casey) of Holly Springs, MS and Keith Bryan Teague of Riverside, CA; his sister, Jodie Lynn Teague of Prineville, OR; and three nieces, Kaytlin Briana Teague, Morgan Bailey Loftin and Emily Grace Loftin.

Funeral Services for Mr. Teague were held at 6 P.M. Monday, October 25, 2021 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. The officiating minister was John Cunningham.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Russ Teague, Michael Ellis, Cody Tatum, Rodney Perkins, Jason Hensley, Richard Long, Eddie Barber, Michael Goforth, Brad Cross, John Chandler, Anthony Lopez, Denny Breeden, Peter Colclasure, Daniel Peterson, Richie Holmes, Ladd Givens, Jimmy Lee Perkins, Todd Ellis, Zac Garner and Brian Thornberry.
