JEAN ELIZABETH ANNE CUNNINGHAM IVEY

JEAN ELIZABETH ANNE CUNNINGHAM IVEY, a resident of the Rossville Community and Retired Employee of the Holiday Inn Systems in Memphis, died Saturday, October 4, 2008 at her Rossville residence on Highway 57. She was 68 years of age and died unexpectedly.

Funeral Services and Interment for Mrs. Ivey were private and arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes-Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mrs. Ivey was born in Nashville, Tennessee on July 10, 1940. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Cunningham. She was educated in the Davidson County Public School System and was a Christian.

She had been a resident of the Memphis area for a number of years before moving to the Rossville Community and was a longtime Employee of the Food Service Division of the Holiday Inn Corporation in Memphis before her retirement in April of this year.

Survivors of Mrs. Ivey include two daughters, Julie Elizabeth Mallard of Somerville and Johna Ivey of Los Angeles, CA; her son, E. Bartley Mallard of Los Angeles, CA; her mother, Jean Anne Traunicht of Sea Breeze, OR; her brother, Raymond Cunningham of Astoria, OR and her granddaughter, Alissa.

The family request that Memorials be directed to the charity or organization of the donor's choice.
