JORDAN KIRK BROWN, 19, of Lakeland, TN, a graduate of Arlington High School and while attending was a quarterback on the football team and a member of the golf team. He was attending UT Martin and seeking a degree in sports journalism. H e had an extreme love for sports and was an avid UT fan. On May 8, 2010, while doing what he loved, fishing on the bank of his favorite local fishing spot and casting his line, the Lord reached down and grabbed his right hand and took Jordan to his heavenly home.

Jordan will be remembered by his relatives and friends as a young man with an easy smile and caring spirit. He had a passion for life and a love for his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Kirk and Lisa Brown and his beloved brother Garrett Brown of Lakeland, TN. Grandparents, Robert and Nancy Brown of Cordova, TN, Maurice and Sue Gaines of Arlington, TN and Faye Perry of New Mexico. He is also survived by his high school sweetheart, Jacqueline Swee of Arlington, TN and his many close friends and relatives.

Visitation was May 13th, at 3p.m. with Memorial services following at 4p.m, at Hope Presbyterian Church , 5800 Walnut Grove Road- Cordova, TN 38018. Arrangement were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes - West Chapel of Oakland.
