Joseph Michael "Joe" Allshouse, age 37, resident of Oakland and husband of Sara Rautine-Allshouse, departed this life Saturday evening, September 24, 2016 as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Fayette County.
Services of Remembrance for Mr. Allshouse will be conducted at 12 noon Friday, September 30, 2016 at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church in Somerville with Father Stephen Kenny, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment will be private. A visitation for Mr. Allshouse will be from 10 A.M. to 12 noon Friday, September 30, 2016 at the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mr. Allshouse was born July 16, 1979 in Memphis. He received his education at Westside High School in Memphis and was married January 20, 2011 to Sara Rautine-Allshouse. He was a member of the St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church and was employed in the construction business at Sundance Striping & Seal Coating LLC in Memphis. Mr. Allshouse enjoyed hunting, fishing and special times with his family, especially his children.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Allshouse is survived by four daughters, Alaina Michelle Allshouse, Lillian Rose Allshouse, Denise Michelle Allshouse, Sophia Dawn Allshouse; his son, Joseph Michael Allshouse II; his step-daughter, Brooke Irene Dixon; his mother, Deborah Alsup Wyatt (Johnny); and his brother, Steven Allshouse of Oakland.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be Wesley Hardin, Michael Price, Chris Grisham, Chad Salmon, Danny Setzer and Eldridge Warren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Wyatt.
