Joy Gail (Perkins) Covington

Joy P. Covington, age 79, resident of the Rossville Community, retired Retail Manager for area Veterinary Clinics and wife of Bob Covington departed this life Monday evening, July 23, 2012 at her residence. At the request of Mrs. Covington, all services were private and arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mrs. Covington was born July 14, 1933 in Bayonne, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Littleton H. Perkins and Laura Routeledge Perkins. She had been a resident of the Rossville Community for 21 years and will be remembered for her love of animals.
