Kenneth "Kenny" Clyde Warf

Kenneth Clyde "Kenny" Warf, age 63, resident of the Williston Community, United States Army Veteran and husband of Wendy Warf, departed this life Monday evening, January 25, 2016 at his residence.

Services of Remembrance with Military Honors for Mr. Warf were conducted at 10:45 A.M. Friday, January 29, 2016 at the West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery near Germantown with Bro. Kevin Treadway officiating. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.

Mr. Warf was born October 7, 1952 in Memphis. He was a graduate of Fayette County High School and served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War period. He was a member of the 101st Airborne from 1972 to 1974. He served as a master carpenter for many years and was employed as a truck operator before his retirement. Mr. Warf was married July 16, 2002 to the former Wendy Deering and he was a member of the Williston Baptist Church. He was a lifelong resident of Fayette County and West Tennessee. He enjoyed working in his yard and his family states he was a hard worker who had the ability to fix anything.

Mr. Warf is survived by his wife of 13 years, Wendy Warf of Williston; his daughter, Angela Michelle Boots (Greg) of Grand Prairie, Texas; his brother, Harry Warf (Debra) of Williston; three grandchildren, Brittany Boots, Brianna Boots, Alex Boots; his nephew, Donnie Warf; his niece, Kelly Warf; and eleven step-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Eugene Warf and Opal Genedor White Warf and his grandparents, Eugene and Louise Warf.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Allen Hernandez, Robert Deering, Donnie Warf, Vernon Hart, Cameron Hart and Shane Warf. Honorary pallbearers will be Reno Tice and Carson Tice.
