Linda Carol (Kennon) Harris

Linda Carol Kennon Harris, age 66, resident of Memphis and wife of the late Joe Estes Harris, departed this life Tuesday morning, February 28, 2017 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Graveside Services for Mrs. Harris will be conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the Bethlehem Cemetery in Moscow with Rev. Jason Murphy, pastor of the Collierville First Assembly of God, officiating. Arrangements will be provided by the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville.
Mrs. Harris was born December 22, 1950 in Moscow, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Leo Kennon and Verna Mae Holiday Kennon. She received her education in the Fayette County School System and was married August 31, 1972 to Joe Estes Harris, who preceded her in death on June 14, 2000. Mrs. Harris was a lifelong resident of the Fayette and Shelby County areas and was a homemaker throughout her life.
Mrs. Harris is survived by her daughter, Janet Rush of Cedar Hill, TN and two sons, James Harris of Memphis, TN and Joe Harris of Selmer, TN.
