Linda Gale Pelenio

Linda Gale Pelenio (Stanley), born February 4, 1955, passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 69. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Thomas Stanley and Ruby Jewel Stanley, and her beloved sister, Shelia Joy Crenshaw (Stanley). She is survived by her devoted husband, Roberto Pelenio, and their three children: Melissa Gibson (Julie), Stephanie Kirkland (Robert), and Amy Hall. She is also survived by her brother, Danny Stanley, along with many cousins and other extended family members.

Linda was the proud grandmother of nine grandchildren: Hunter, Taylor, Tristan, Elijah, Lindsey, Jeremiah, Kirsten, JD, and Cody. She also leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Greyson and River, who brought immense joy to her life.

A 1973 graduate of Frayser High School, Linda went on to enjoy a distinguished career, working faithfully with both FedEx and BlueCross BlueShield for many years. She found joy in helping others, always approaching her work with kindness, compassion, and dedication.

Linda had a deep love for travel, especially trips to the Smoky Mountains and family getaways with her husband. She was also an avid bowler and enjoyed expressing her creativity through arts, crafts, and painting. Above all, Linda’s faith in Jesus was central to her life, guiding her actions and her love for her family.

Linda’s life will be celebrated on April 5, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at The Balcony, 36 Quinton Drive, Munford, TN. All who knew Linda are invited to join in this special celebration of her life.
