Lonnie Louise Morris

Lonnie Louise Morris, age 82, resident of Memphis, Tennessee, departed this life Friday afternoon, August 16, 2024 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Louise was born January 15, 1942 in Bibb County, Alabama and graduated from high school in Brent, Alabama. She was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship and was a homemaker throughout her life. Louise was a person of strong Christian faith. Her love for the Lord was matched only by her love for her grandchildren. She was an amazing cook who enjoyed organic gardening, working in her flower beds and reading. 

Louise Morris is survived by her three children, Tracy Morris, Holly Estes and Neal Ray Morris, II (Brooke Buckley). She also leaves behind five grandchildren, Corbin and Camden Estes, Ava and Stella Morris and Willow Mae Jones, as well as her sister, Charlotte Frith of Valley Forge, AL.

Graveside Services for Ms. Morris were held at 10 A.M. Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Bethlehem Cemetery near Moscow, Tennessee with Frank Tanner of Grace Bible Fellowship officiating.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Corbin Estes, Camden Estes, Justin Calhoun, Mike Felts, and Ray Morris.
