Lorna Gayle Henning, age 74, resident of Ventura, California, longtime resident of Parsons, Tennessee and retired caregiver died Tuesday afternoon, October 23, 2012 at the Ventura Memorial Hospital in Ventura, California.
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Henning will be at 1 Saturday afternoon, November 3, 2012 at The Oak Room inside the Somerville Bank and Trust. A gathering of family and friends for Mrs. Henning will be from 12 noon until 1 Saturday afternoon at The Oak Room inside the Somerville Bank and Trust. Arrangements will be provided by the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville.
Mrs. Henning was born July 31, 1938 in Adrian, Minnesota, the daughter of Henry Henning and Marion Allen. She was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church near Somerville and will be missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Henning is survived by her daughter, Linda Barnicle of Phoenix, AZ; her son, Ronald H. Barnicle, Jr. (Catherine) of Somerville; four brothers, John Henning of Ventura, CA, Dr. Andrew Henning (Ann) of Santa Maria, CA, Henry Henning of La Quinta, CA, Mark Henning (Judy) of Aurroro Grande, CA; her sister, Marilyn Austin (James) of Ventura, CA; three grandchildren, Anita Williams, Donovan Barnicle and Jennifer Barnicle; and her former husband, Ronald H. Barnicle, Sr. of Bombay Beach, CA.
