Margaret Darlene (Applegate) Braswell

Margaret Darlene Applegate Braswell, age 74, resident of Somerville and wife of the late Ronald Braswell, departed this life Saturday afternoon, May 20, 2017 at the National HealthCare Center in Somerville.
Services of Remembrance for Mrs. Braswell were conducted at 11 A.M. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Morris Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Adair, pastor of the church, officiating. Interment followed in Morris Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mrs. Braswell was born April 13, 1943 in Donora, Pennsylvania. She received her education in the Washington County, Pennsylvania Public School System and was married May 25, 1989 to Ronald Braswell, who preceded her in death on March 19, 2008. Mrs. Braswell was a homemaker throughout her life and was a member of Morris Chapel Baptist Church in Somerville. She loved going to church and reading her Bible and will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
Mrs. Braswell is survived by her son, John Maddox and his wife, Susan, of Cordova, Tennessee.
Pallbearers were family members and friends and the family requests that memorials be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, 713 S. Mendenhall Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38117.
