Mary Ladell Tyler Bohannan, age 74, resident of Oakland, died Tuesday evening, August 15, 2017 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville.
Services and Interment for Ms. Bohannan will be private. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – West Chapel at Oakland.
Ms. Bohannan was born October 7, 1942 in Vaiden, Mississippi. She received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing at Memphis State University and enjoyed animals of all kinds.
Ms. Bohannan is survived by her son, Thomas “Pat” Bohannan of Davenport, Florida; her sister, Shirley Stafford (Neal) of Winona, Mississippi; and her brother, Roy Tyler of Vaiden, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Flowers Tyler and Mavis Geneva Sanders Tyler; her son, Terry Michael Bohannan; her sister, Bonnie Harvey; and her daughter-in-law, Kimberly Craig Bohannan.
