Michelle "Shelley" (Osborne) Davis

Michelle “Shelley” Osborne Davis, age 62, resident of Mason, Tennessee, departed this life Thursday, February 22, 2018 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.

Mrs. Davis was born February 11, 1956 to Robert Lee Osborne, Jr. and Faye Freeman Osborne, in Jackson, Tennessee. She graduated from South Side High School in Jackson, Tennessee, attended Jackson State Community College in Jackson, Tennessee and graduated from Southwest Community College in Memphis, Tennessee. She was a Paramedic for over 25 years and truly loved her career. Mrs. Davis was also a First Responder and a Fire Fighter. Helping other people made her happy. Mrs. Davis was a member of Braden United Methodist Church. Anyone that knew her, understood her love for football. She followed the Tennessee Vols, Dallas Cowboys and the Seattle Seahawks and knew everything there was to know about football. Mrs. Davis enjoyed gardening, camping and trips to Disney World, but most of all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, April Staley of Sparta, TN, Angela Staley of Mason, TN and Stephanie Holley (Gabriel) of Mason, TN; six sisters, Sherry King, Becky Ward (Mike), Linda Stewart, Elizabeth McKee (Greg), Martha Umstead (Toby), Amy Woods (Shane); five brothers, Fred Osborne (Kathie), Andy Osborne (Karen), Ray Osborne, Robert Lee Osborne, III (Ann), Jerry Smith; and seven grandchildren, Ashley Goforth, Gregory Goforth, Alyssia Goforth, Alexia Staley, Chase Staley, River DeWitt and Athena Holley.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Osborne, Jr and Faye Freeman Osborne and two sisters, Alisa Melton and Glinda Smith.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Every time the clouds or the amazing sky is orange, that means this woman, Shelley Davis, is watching us. Remembering each and everyone of us. I love you and I will remember you.
