Odis H. Cullins, age 67, resident of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, United States Veteran and husband of Peggy Thompson Cullins departed this life Wednesday, August 28, 2013 in Pine Bluff.

Mr. Cullins was born March 16, 1946 in Rison, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lavelle Wilson Cullins and Mary Ellen Simmons Freeman. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Tech Sergeant, having received the Bronze Star, Silver Star and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He was a sharp shooter and second class gunner. He was employed as a carpet layer for much of his life before his retirement. He loved the outdoors, was an avid fisherman and loved his family.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Cullins is survived by his son, Dennis Rose (Angela) of Norfork, AR; two daughters, Tommie Jean Wolfe (Allan) of Pine Bluff, Tina Wallace (Bruce) of Nebraska; three brothers, Charles Cullins and Curtis Cullins, both of Rison, AR, David Cullins of Pine Bluff, AR; his sister, Ellen Harrington of St. Charles, MO; four fishing partners, James Thompson, Elmer Thompson, Tommy Thompson and Timmy Thompson, all of Somerville; twelve grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren, and was anticipating his first great great granddaughter, AriOnna Baughman; and his loving nieces and nephews.
