PAMELA KAYE SMITH
June 27, 1954 — June 25, 2008
PAMELA KAYE SMITH, former resident of Cabot, AR and Long Distance Truck Operator, died Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at the Methodist Hospital of Fayette in Somerville. She was 53 years of age and died unexpectedly.
Graveside services were conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 1st at the Butlerville Cemetery in the Butlerville Community near Cabot, AR. Eulogies were given by family members and friends. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Home-Main Chapel of Somerville.
Miss Smith was born in Little Rock, AR on June 27, 1954 and was a graduate of the Oak Grove High School Class of 1972. Miss Smith was of the Baptist Faith and was employed as an Independent Long Distance Truck Operator for much of her life.
She is survived by 3 brothers, J.T. Smith of Terre Haute, IN; Jeffery Smith of Fayetteville; Kinney Smith of North Little Rock; nephew, John Taylor Smith, Jr.; nieces, Kalley Smith and Megan Smith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles C. and Betty Tranthum Smith and also a brother, Charles C. Smith, Jr.
Casketbearers were family and friends.
