Patricia Lynn (Hoskins) Sills

Patricia Lynn “Trisha” Hoskins Sills, age 46, resident of Somerville and wife of Doug Sills, departed this life Sunday morning, March 6, 2016 at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis.

A Gathering of Family and Friends of Mrs. Sills will be at 3 P.M. Sunday, March 13, 2016 at the East Junior High School Cafeteria in Somerville. Arrangements will be provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – Main Chapel of Somerville.

Mrs. Sills was born October 1, 1969 in Fayette County. She received her education in the Fayette County Public School System and was married December 30, 1994 to Robert Douglas Sills. She was employed as a cafeteria manager at the Fayette County School System and a lifelong resident of the area. Mrs. Sills was a member of the Somerville Church of God and enjoyed preparing food, shopping and reading. She received much pleasure in joking with her family and special times with her son, niece and nephews.

Mrs. Sills is survived by her husband of 21 years, Robert Douglas “Doug” Sills of Somerville; her son, Ethan Sills (fiancé, Haley Avent) of Somerville; her father, Jimmy F. Hoskins of Somerville; three sisters, Lisa Wasmund (Eddie) of Hickory Withe, Cindy Francis of Bolivar, Tammy Harris of Somerville; her niece, Zoe Francis; and two nephews, Allen Wasmund (Melissa) and Hunter Wasmund.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Brown Hoskins, who died September 12, 2013.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the Fayette County Chapter of the American Cancer Society, c/o Christine Parks, 402 Midland Street, Somerville, TN 38068.
