Pat Wyatt
1943—2011
Patricia Ann Campbell Wyatt, Retired Security Officer for Imperial Guard Services in Memphis with extended family members in Fayette County died Friday evening, January 28, 2011 at the residence of her sister, Shirley Paris in Atoka. She was 68 years of age and died following a one year illness.
A service honoring the life of Mrs. Wyatt was conducted in Covington, TN on Monday January 31st with her brother-in-law Rev. J. D. Paris, retired pastor of the Victory Life Assembly of God Church in Somerville, officiating. A graveside committal service was conducted at 2 PM Friday, February 4
th
at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery at Dyersburg, TN. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes—Main Chapel of Somerville.
A native of Dyersburg, Mrs. Wyatt was born January 2, 1943. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Franklin Campbell and Dicie Pearl Williams Campbell. Mrs. Wyatt received her education in the public school systems of Dyer and Lauderdale County, TN. She had been a resident of Memphis for a number of years and served as Chief Security Officer for the Imperial Guard Service in Memphis for a number of years before retiring 18 months ago for health reasons.
Mrs. Wyatt was a Catholic and enjoyed outdoor activities and animals and with a special love for dogs. In earlier years she participated in horse shows and barrel racing.
Mrs. Wyatt is survived by her sisters: Dorothy Broz of Columbia, TN, Shirley Paris of Atoka, TN, Dell Ashley of Memphis, TN, Yvonne Garcia of Halls, TN; his brothers: Thomas Campbell of Kentucky, Gene Campbell of Ripley, TN, Gerald Campbell of Ripley, TN, Dashial Campbell of Dyersburg, TN and host of nieces and nephews.
