Ramona Jacqueline (Walker) Killion

Ramona Jacqueline Walker Killion, age 85, resident of the Arlington, Tennessee and wife of James W. Killion, departed this life Wednesday morning, November 29, 2017 at the Methodist North Hospital in Memphis.
Services of Remembrance for Mrs. Killion were conducted at 11 A.M. Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Pastor Doug Barcroft, pastor of the Hickory Withe Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment followed in the Seminary United Methodist Church Cemetery in the Pillowville Community of Weakley County, Tennessee. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – West Chapel at Oakland.
Mrs. Killion was born August 21, 1932 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was a graduate of Grey High School in Winston-Salem and was married December 26, 1957 to James W. Killion. She was a homemaker throughout her life and attended Hickory Withe Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Killion enjoyed shopping, getting her hair done, loved her family and doted on her granddaughter.
Mrs. Killion is survived by her husband of almost 60 years, James W. Killion of Arlington, TN; her daughter, Kim Killion Copeland (Jeff) of Arlington, TN; her brother, David K. Walker of Winston-Salem, NC; and her granddaughter, Haley Amber Copeland of Memphis, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Duke K. Walker and Sally Garwood Walker.
