Richard Lee Finney

Richard Lee Finney, resident of Memphis with friends in Fayette County, departed this life Friday evening, April 11, 2014 at the Baptist Trinity Hospice House in Collierville where he resided for ten weeks. He was 60 years of age and died following an illness of eight months.
Services of Remembrance for Mr. Finney were conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, April 15th at the Pollard Chapel of Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova. Interment was in the Memorial Park Cemetery on Poplar Avenue in Memphis. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes and Cremation Center — Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mr. Finney was born June 20, 1953 in Memphis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Bennett Finney, Sr. and Juanita Bondy Finney. He received his education in the Shelby County Public School System and was a Christian.
Mr. Finney is survived by his sister, Charline Finney Edwards (Michael) of Memphis and his brother, Charles B. Finney, Jr. of Covington, TN.
