Moscow, Tennessee

Ronald Emmett “Ronny” Dunn, age 71, resident of Moscow, Tennessee and husband of Brenda Leatherwood Dunn, departed this life Sunday morning, October 27, 2024 at his home.

Ronny was born December 25, 1952 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of the late Royan Waters Dunn and Emogene Margaret Wilson Dunn. He graduated from Collierville High School in 1971 and was an entrepreneur throughout his life. Ronny knew and loved everything about tractors. He enjoyed watching westerns, especially John Wayne movies.

Mr. Dunn is survived by his wife, Brenda Leatherwood Dunn; two sons, Ronald E. Dunn, Jr. and Mark Leatherwood Garrett (Jacquie); his sister, Wanda Rea; two grandchildren, Emma Dunn and Reese Dunn; and numerous nieces, nephews and a plethora of friends.

Graveside Services for Mr. Dunn were held at 3 P.M. Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Forty-Five Cemetery near Moscow with Wesley Parks speaking.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers were Allen Wilson, Greg Hall, Robbie Marcum, Donnie Gilmer, Tony Evans and Mike Richardson. Honorary pallbearers were Ronald E. Dunn, Jr. and Mark Garrett.
