Sandra Marie Rossell

Sandra Marie Rossell, age 61, resident of the Oakland Community and wife of Charles Rossell, departed this life Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at her residence.
Mrs. Rossell's family conducted a private service at the Rossell Residence. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Mrs. Rossell was born May 27, 1953 in Memphis. She received her education in the Shelby County Public School System and was married April 20, 1984 to Charles Rossell, who survives. She was employed in the banking industry at Leader Federal Bank for 19 years before her retirement in 1994. She was of the Christian faith and was a resident of the Oakland Community in 2012.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Rossell is survived by her mother, Bettye Lackey (Robert) of Bartlett; her sister, Becky Gatlin (Dan) of Columbia, SC; and two brothers, Robert Jackson of Phoenix, AZ and Daniel Lackey (Donna) of Hernando, MS.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the church, charity or organization of the donor’s choice.
