Sandra Ann (Besinger) Thompson

Sandra Ann Besinger Thompson, age 59, resident of Memphis, departed this life Saturday morning, November 1, 2014 at the St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.
A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Thompson were conducted at 2 P.M. Tuesday, November 4th at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with visitation two hours before services. Interment wasrivate. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.
Ms. Thompson was born November 18, 1954 in Memphis, the daughter of the former Mary Inez Dungan and the late Bobby Hugh Besinger. She received her education in the Memphis City School System and was a graduate of Kingsbury High School. She enjoyed cooking, fishing, camping, gardening, flowers and music.
Ms. Thompson is survived by two daughters, Amanda Thompson of Memphis, Mr. and Mrs. Genny Hudson of Memphis; her son, Nick Tindall of Oklahoma City, OK; her mother, Mary Inez Dungan Dobbins of Cordova; her brother, Donald Logan of Alexandria, LA; and two grandchildren, Brooklyn Hudson and Alex Hudson, Jr.
