Sherry Ann Hill Craddock
resident of
Memphis with extended family members in Fayette County
and wife of Michael Allen Craddock died Saturday evening December 11, 2010 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She was 43 years of age and died following an extended illness.
Services of remembrance for Mrs. Craddock were conducted at 11 A.M. Tuesday, December 14
th
at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with Dr. Tom Savage of Longview Heights Baptist Church in Olive Branch, officiating. Interment followed in the Evergreen Cemetery at Williston. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes—Main Chapel of Somerville.
Mrs. Craddock was born July 6, 1967 in Memphis. She was educated in the Memphis City Public School System and married on June 13, 2005 to Michael Allen Craddock, who survives.
Mrs. Craddock was employed in the Sales Support Department of the Great American Home Stores in Southaven and Memphis. She was of the Baptist faith and will be remembered as a spiritual person with a loving and caring personality. Mrs. Craddock enjoyed her pets, decorating her home and special times with her grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Survivors of Mrs. Craddock include her children, Mandy Moore of Olive Branch, James Sanders, Diana Sanders, both of Florida, her mother and step-father, Wanda and Danny Kemp of Memphis, her sisters, Lisa Hopper, Grace McClure, Kathleen Hill, Katrina Hill, all of Memphis, her brothers Vernon Wesley Hill, Jr., Walter L. Hill, both of Memphis, her grandfather, Lymul Taylor of Gallaway and four grandchildren.
