Stephen Dean McNair

Stephen Dean McNair, age 38, resident of Millington, Tennessee and husband of Heather Walden McNair, departed this life Wednesday morning, March 7, 2018 at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Covington, Tennessee.

Services of Remembrance for Stephen were conducted at 11 A.M. Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Pastor Tim VanDouser of the Lighthouse Church Assemblies of God in Millington, Tennessee, officiating. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center - West Chapel at Oakland.

Stephen was born May 1, 1979 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a graduate of Raleigh-Egypt High School in Memphis and was married August 19, 1998 to the former Heather Walden. He was of the Baptist faith and was employed at Mid-South U-Pull-It as a front counter man and experienced operator. Stephen was an active father involved with the FFA and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, drinking Dr. Pepper and had a special love for his family members and friends.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Heather Walden McNair of Millington, TN; three daughters, Cheyenne McNair, Scarlett McNair, Alexis McNair; two sons, Austin McNair, Parker McNair; his father, Dennis McNair of Fort Pierce, FL; his mother, June Mizell (Jeff) of Henderson, TN; three sisters, Amelia Jones of Arkansas, Samantha Ellis (Andrew) of Jonesboro, AR, Elizabeth Owens (Daniel) of Trumann, AR; two brothers, Bryan McNair (Amy) of Fort Pierce, FL, Jeffrey McNair of Beebe, AR; and a host of nieces and nephews.
