Steve Webb

Charles Steven “Steve” Webb, age 69, resident of Moscow, Tennessee and husband of the late Pamela Winn Webb, departed this life Thursday, September 20, 2018 at his residence.

A gathering of family members and friends of Mr. Webb was from 1 until 3 P.M. Friday, October 5, 2018 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland, Tennessee. Interment was private. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes & Cremation Center – West Chapel at Oakland.

Mr. Webb was born April 26, 1949 in Sparta, Tennessee in White County. He was a graduate of White County High School and was employed as a truck driver for many years. He was married September 6, 1968 to the former Pamela Winn and he was most recently a resident of the Moscow area. Mr. Webb was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova and enjoyed feeding the wildlife and watching church on television.

Mr. Webb is survived by his daughter, Ida Whaley (Michael) of Germantown, TN; his son, John Zach Webb of Moscow, TN; his brother, Mike Webb (Joy) of Sparta, TN; his stepsister, Joan Wilson (Jere) of Sparta, TN; his sister-in-law, Wanda Webb of Knoxville, TN; two brothers-in-law, Jess Mullins of Sparta, TN, Richard Winn, Jr. (Beth) of Southaven, MS; four grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pamela Winn Webb who died April 9, 2010; his parents, Hubert Ray “Skeet” Webb and Johnnie Bell Lewellyn Cummings; his sister, Sylvia Mullins; and his brother, Tom Webb.
