Terri Lynn Tassin

Terri Lynn Tassin, age 56, resident of Oakland, Tennessee departed this life Saturday afternoon, February 5, 2022 at her home.

Terri was born April 2, 1965 in Aberdeen, Maryland, the daughter of Susan Fauber Monk and the late Raymond Cooper. She served her country in the United States Navy and loved animals, coloring and politics.

Terri  is survived by her son, Kenneth Kristopher Austin; her daughter, Alexis Rochelle Austin; her mother, Susan Monk; her grandmother, Mary Bensinger; four sisters, Sherrie Cooper Crowe, Joell Leigh Davis (David), Kimberly Paige Cook (James) and Amy Beth Tassin; two aunts, Lori Conley and Jill Smith; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; and her dog Annabel who was her best friend and loyal companion.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Jeane’ B. Tassin; her grandfather, Bruce D. Bensinger; and her brother, Raymond Cooper, Jr.
