Thomas Scott Yarber, age 34, resident of the Moscow Community, food service employee and brother of Amy Jones of Moscow departed this life Friday evening, September 6, 2013 at his residence.
Services for Mr. Yarber will be at 2 Friday afternoon at the Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville with visitation one hour before services. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery near Moscow.
Mr. Yarber was born June 11, 1979 in Memphis, the son of Cecil Yarber and the late Beverly Wade Yarber. He received his education in the Shelby County and Mt. Vernon, Missouri Public School Systems. He was employed in the food service industry for much of his life and was a Christian in faith.
Mr. Yarber enjoyed the outdoors, nature, gardening, music and animals. He will be remembered as an outgoing person who enjoyed special times with his family members and friends.
Mr. Yarber is survived by two daughters, Mellisha Yarber of Mt. Vernon, MO, Karina Yarber of Mt. Vernon, MO; two sons, Josh Early of Mt. Vernon, MO, Zack Yarber of Mt. Vernon, MO; his father, Cecil Yarber of Rogersville, AL; two sisters, Amanda "Amy" Jones of Moscow, Neva Carpenter of Athens, AL; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Shirley Wade of Moscow; and the mother of his children, Jesse Early of Mt. Vernon, MO.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Bethlehem Cemetery Association, c/o Nancy Leggett, 765 Hays Road, Moscow, TN 38057.
