TOMILYNN JACQUEZ, newborn daughter of Matthew and Teri Bartholomew Jacquez of Lakeland, former residents of Fayette County died Friday, May 29, 2009 at the Methodist LeBonheur Germantown Hospital.
Funeral services for infant Jacquez were conducted at 3 P.M. Sunday, May 31st at the Graveside with the child's uncle, The Rev. Stephen T. Mealor, Presbyterian Minister of Knoxville, TN, officiating. Interment followed in the Fayette County Memorial Park Cemetery on Highway 64. Arrangements were provided by Peebles Fayette County Funeral Homes-West Chapel of Oakland.
Tomilynn's mother formerly served as an officer for the Somerville Police Department and her father currently serves as an officer for the Oakland Police Department.
In addition to her parents, Tomilynn is survived by her brother, Jake Dane Jacquez of the home; her maternal grandparents, PJ Bartholomew of Hickory Withe and William Bartholomew of Knoxville and her paternal grandparents, Bernard and Judith Jacquez of Arlington.
Tomilynn's aunts; Toni Mealor, Tami Moore and Robyn Byrum served as casket bearers.
