Troy Wilkerson, Jr.

Troy Wilkerson, Jr., age 71, resident of Somerville, Tennessee and husband of Mary E. Swift, departed this life Saturday, March 27, 2021 at his home.

Troy was born July 20, 1949 in the Macon Community of Fayette County, the son of the late Roy Wilkerson and Lucy Ann Honeysucker Wilkerson. He was employed as a painter for many years and enjoyed hunting.

Mr. Wilkerson's survivors include his wife, Mary E. Swift of Somerville; his daughter, Ann M. Swift of Memphis, TN; and two sons, Dewayne Swift of Sheboygan, WI and William T. Swift of Somerville, TN.

A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Wilkerson was held at 3 P.M. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland with Bro. Mike Hollaway, pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Rossville, officiating. Interment was private.
